Xingye Mining Work Conference in 2013 was held successfully

At 8:30 on June 2, 2013, Inner Mongolia Xingye Mining Co., Ltd. held 2013 Work Conference at the company headquarters successfully for a period of two days.

There was no banners, no flowers on the site of the conference, creating a frugal and simple style; both inside and outside the venue was filled with pragmatic, pioneering and innovative atmosphere.

Those attending the meeting included chairman Ji Xingye, general manager Ji Xingjun, deputy general manager Dong Yong, deputy general managers Zhao Fei, Guo Hongjun, Li Xuetian, and the responsible persons, advanced representatives from subordinated companies and the headquarters staff. Deputy general manager Li Xuetian chaired the conference and deputy general manager Dong Yong delivered the opening speech.

General manager Ji Xingjun gave the theme report at the meeting entitled “Pioneering the innovative business development and constructing the pragmatic management team”.

Ji Xingjun summed up the company’s overall business development in 2012, made an analysis of the work of the past year and the reason for the existence of deficiencies, while conducted the overall deployment of the work of the year 2013, made clear the four great events within his office term. First, standardize and perfect the institutional system construction, make the full implementation of the internal controls; secondly, promote the change in the management institutional mechanisms, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the company; thirdly, change the personnel selection and use standards, change the unpractical personnel training methods; and fourthly, build a corporate culture construction system and lay the foundation for carrying out the enterprise culture construction work. Meanwhile, he emphasized that the company’s annual work continues to focus on the building of management systems and internal control implementation, determined the year of 2013 to be the promotion year for the company management.

The responsible persons in subordinated companies and vice president in charge of the business, in combination with the actual situation of the company or their business in charge, gave a report to the conference around the company’s overall operations, management objectives, focused promotion work in 2013, providing suggestions for the better protection goals.

Chairman pointed out that the past year of 2012 was the first year for Xingye Mining; the new leadership shouldered a mission, took responsibility, led the team to set sail, and sought the relay development; its pioneering and innovative, pragmatic and enterprising footsteps were made in the corporate standardization, specialization forward in an orderly manner. Facing the complicated economic situation and the downturn market situation, all the Xingye people responded positively, and made unremitting efforts to complete the operational objectives assigned by the Board, having ensured that the key projects were completed and commissioned, strengthening the performance of the construction style. The management upgrade with the internal control system at the core was also fully implemented; strategic planning and corporate culture was mutually a carrier to each other and carried out with equal importance. Through the continued strengthening of the management, deep-seated problems that the enterprise development was facing were discovered and excavated, which promoted the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.

Chairman particularly laid the emphasis on that improving standards management system is the management enhancement, and the implementation of internal control is to prevent business risks; the changes in institutional mechanisms is the core issue to address the constraints to enterprise development. It is pointed out that managers not only have the power, but also have the responsibility, the courage to shoulder responsibility. Quality is the quality assurance, we seek the quality development instead of unqualified performance; this is our responsibility as a manager; only by adhering to pragmatic spirit would we be aware of the presence of a crisis; we would have an incentive to overcome and deal with them; more new ideas will come to us, and this is innovation, and the innovation is the core of our entrepreneurial spirit, and the pragmatism is the force of entrepreneurial spirit, the only way for us to have a new business development.

Also he explained the concept of development and deployment in the five aspects such as the enterprise development situation, strategic development goals, corporate restructuring and upgrading, technological innovation, capability improvement and corporate culture system building and continuous promotion.

In the conference, awards were given to the 2012 advanced collectives and advanced individuals as well as units and individuals winning the special awards from the general manger.

The year of 2013 is a year to remember in the development history of Xingye Mining, during which the company will further implement the internal control, perform internal control norms, implement the system, and execute the system requirements. It will also fully implement a comprehensive upgraded development and management mode with the performance as the system and the assessment as the mechanism.
