On October 8, thefirst working day after the National Day Holiday, 2014 Interim Production andOperation Economic Analysis Meeting of the Company was held on schedule.General Manager Ji Xingjun, Executive Deputy General Manager Dong Yong, DeputyGeneral Managers Zhao Fei, Guo Hongjun, Yang Daping, Sun Kai and Li Xuetian, GeneralManager Assistants Yang Jinlin and Zhang Bin, the executives of the subordinateenterprises and managerial personnel of the Company were gathered in themeeting room on the fourth floor to have a careful summary, objective analysisand in-depth study on the present situation of production and operation of theCompany. With the spirit of truth pursuit and practical implementation, themeeting further specified the measures to be taken to complete the annualproduction and operation goals, refined the methods and clarified the train ofthoughts.
Whilereporting the production and operation situation for the first half year and theinterim inspection result on the meeting in the first half of this year, theBusiness Management Department pointed out, the production and operation of theCompany had been promoted in an orderly manner, various production indices hadbeen completed on schedule, economic and technical indices were stable andsound, the situation of production safety got better, the product quality indexhad been continuously optimized and other work had been continuously advancedin an orderly manner. In general the operation management in the first half ofthis year met the general requirements of the Company, but some non-negligibleproblems still exist. To overcome and solve such problems, specific schemes andpowerful measures are required to ensure the successful fulfillment of theannual tasks and goals.
ExecutiveDirector and General Manager Li Jianying of Xilin Mining, Executive Directorand General Manager Liu Xiaoming of Rongguan Mining, Executive Director andGeneral Manager Ji Xinghui of Juyuan Mining, Executive Director and GeneralManager Shan Fu of Fusheng Mining and General Manager Li Jinjun of Shuangyuan Smelteryalso made summary and report on the production and operation of theirrespective companies in the first half year and their respective main tasks inthe subsequent months. Each department and office of the Company respectivelysummarized their work advancement in the first half year and proposed the measuresfor the second half year.
DongYong, executive vice president, deputy general managers including Zhao Fei, GuoHongjun, Yang Daping, and Li Xuetian, general manager assistants Yang Jinlinand Zhang Bin respectively carried out practical and realistic objectiveevaluation for their work in charge, and proposed improvements requirements foropen problems and deficiencies, and highlighted the arrangement and deploymentfor production and management tasks in the next months.
GeneralManager Ji Xingjun delivered a conclusion speech on the meeting. He said thatthe fourth quarter is the difficulty surmounting stage for fulfilling theannual work in all aspects as well as the stage to lay foundation for the nextyear. Each enterprise and department must continue to keep a sound mentalstatus and carry out work down to earth.
I.Implementing the spirit of the meeting in all aspects. Each enterprise anddepartment shall organize the officers and employees in multiple forms tocarefully learn and implement the spirit of the meeting to realize summary,understanding, commanding and implementation by all the employees.
II.Trying the best to complete three items of core work for 2014. It is to emphasizethe preparation of 2015 Production and Operation Plan; complete the revision ofinternal control process, management system and authority manual as soon aspossible according to the requirement of the Company for management controltransformation; the emphasis of work should be centered on production andoperation to spare no efforts to fulfill the objectives in the 2014 Production andOperation Plan assigned by the Board of Directors.
III.Safety construction should be carried out vigorously. Safety is critical andlife is the most valuable, so the safety situation is still to be improved. Weshould be kind to the employees and care for life. Based on the responsibilityfor the employees’ safety and the interests of all the shareholders, we shouldpractically undertake the responsibility of the enterprise for productionsafety as well as its social responsibility.
Everyoneshould be high-spirited and devoted to performing their post duties. Everyoneshould solve problems, dissolve contradictions and overcome difficulties togain new achievements in 2014 with high-level quality, quantity and safety.
